Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno in 1995. He went on to receive his Master of Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Fresno in 1997, and became a licensed physical therapist in the state in 1998. Mark has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years and outpatient orthopedics throughout south Riverside County since 2003. He enjoys helping patients overcome their physical limitations caused by pain, weakness, and stiffness through manual therapy, exercise, and activity modification. Alan Saluta received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San Diego State University in 1992. He continued his studies and ultimately completed the University of Southern California’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 1998. His clinical experience includes extensive inpatient and outpatient orthopedics, inpatient pulmonary rehabilitation following lung volume reduction surgery and brain injury and spinal cord rehabilitation. Alan’s areas of professional interest include multiple orthopedic spine, shoulder, knee, and ankle/foot courses, which has led to ongoing studie on the latest techniques. He has successfully completed the Long Term Australian Approach to Manual Therapy with a strong interest in industrial rehabilitation, foot/ankle, and hand therapy
Darrell graduated from the University of Alberta Occupational Therapy Program in May 2001. He then completed the Southern California Hand Therapy Program offered by Kaiser Permanente in October 2003. Darrell passed the Hand Therapy Board Exam on his first attempt, and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2006. Darrell’s specialties include static/dynamic splinting, and treating a wide variety of orthopedic upper extremity conditions, including post-surgical and non-surgical hand conditions.
Paul has been a proud resident of the Murrieta Valley since 1982, attending grade school at Murrieta Elementary School and graduating from Temecula Valley High School. Paul received his Degree in Occupational therapy from Keuka College in New York. He then underwent further extensive training and education to become Hand Therapist Certified. Since 1999, Paul has provided Occupational and Hand Therapy services to the communities of Murrieta and Temecula. He continues to work and live with his family in Murrieta. In February 2008, Paul became the founder and CEO of All Star Physical Therapy with the goal of providing simply the best Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation services. Since the company’s inception, Paul has cultivated the best Team of Physical Therapists in the Valley to provide All Star care!
Cari Barba graduated from Loma Linda University in 2005 as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She has enjoyed working in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health, outpatient orthopedic clinics and worked as a traveling PTA all over Southern California. In 2011 she studied at the Norton school for Lymphedema and became certified in Complete Decongestive Lymphedema Therapy. She has experience working with breast cancer survivors with focus on managing lymphedema and/or cording. She has also been trained in Pilates and Red Cord while working in L.A.
